Shipping policy

All Customers: (1) Please allow 2-3 weeks for order processing before shipment. (2) Once the shipping carrier is in possession of your order, provided all shipping information they have received is correct, we are no longer the party responsible for your order. Please reach out to the shipping carrier directly for any lost, missing, delayed or damaged/destroyed packages. It is then up to the carrier to reimburse us for any lost or damaged/destroyed packages so we may issue you, the customer, your refund or ship you a replacement. The carrier will let you know at which point in this process you should reach out to involve us.

International Customers: (1) Please be aware that you alone are responsible for customs duties/import taxes, and that customs duties/import taxes are not the same as, or included within, the shipping fees you are charged during checkout in our shop. We charge you the cost of shipping your order, but it's your country that charges you customs duties/import taxes. We strongly advise you to research customs duties/import taxes for your country before you purchase any physical products in our store, so as not to be caught off guard by those charges.
